Brock started his career creating community and brand partnerships with the Oakland Raiders and forging philanthropic partnerships with UC Berkeley and Columbia University. His work also included producing championship events with the NCAA and Conference USA. After spending 15 years in the professional and collegiate sports, Brock transitioned into content development and cultural storytelling with The Shadow League. During his tenure at The Shadow League, he saw the need for an agency dedicated to creating cultural experiences at the intersection of sports and entertainment. Brock combined his experience for brand marketing and passion for developing content and created CROSSOVR.
Brock’s diverse experience producing events, integrating talent, brands, and content creation have prepared him to help CrossOvr clients authentically reach and engage their targeted audiences.
With a vast background in the marketing, branding and entertainment space, Steph has played an influential role in many national campaign & product launches over the better half of the last 15 years. Some of this work has spanned into major events like the Superbowl, NY Fashion Week, The Olympics, US Open, NBA All-Star Weekend and even with various government clients such as the Swiss Embassy, Thai Board of Tourism & Thai Consulate. From an agency capacity, Steph has also overseen clients such as Grand Marnier, Moet Chandon, Moet Ice Imperial, Target, Chobani & BMW to name a few. Through these experiences he has helped execute a myriad of projects that have ranged from experiential event production, consumer package design, social media campaigns, talent integration, editorial shoots, as well as content development for both television & radio. Prior to creating CrossOvr Collective, Steph spent the last 2 years working within the Multicultural & Diversity Integration space, where he noticed there was a huge void specifically as it related to socially and culturally relevant content, especially within luxury and CPG brands.
